London Sport have designed Get Active to help less active Londoners find and attend local activity sessions.
Being active is about finding out what works for you. That could be a short walk in the park, a fitness class in your living room or some seated exercise whilst drinking a cuppa. Get Active has loads of great activities to choose from, however fit (or unfit) you you feel.
